Bliss Fit is designed to build strength and flexibility and utilizes various techniques such as: aerial hammocks, Pilates, yoga and resistance training. For those practicing aerial arts Bliss Fit enhances joint mobility and core strength which will help with injury prevention and is also great for those looking for something outside of the normal gym workout to stay fit, toned and flexible. Bliss Fit is suitable for all levels of fitness and experience, you practice at your own level of ability.
